Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email serves as an invoice and includes your Order Number and order details. Please note this confirms we’ve received your order—it is not a guarantee of acceptance. All orders are subject to availability.
Processing
We pack and dispatch all orders next business day (except weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If an item is unavailable or additional verification is needed, our team will contact you at the email provided at checkout.
Orders with multiple items are typically shipped together, but in some cases, we may send items separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking for all shipments.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return it for a refund once received. Please contact our team promptly if you need to cancel.
Shipping (J&T Express)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Average Delivery Times (Metro Manila & Philippines):
Metro Manila: 1–3 days • Luzon: 1–5 days
Visayas: 3–7 days • Mindanao: 5–6 days

All orders include tracking numbers. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for up to 30 days from delivery.
Items must be: Unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused. In original packaging with tags attached.
Once we receive your return, allow up to 14 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Typically, refunds appear within 2–4 business days, though your bank may take longer.
