Fast, Reliable Shipping Across the Philippines

All Kapre & Co orders are shipped via J&T Express. We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible, with next-day processing for all orders except weekends and public holidays.

Average Delivery Times:

• Metro Manila: 1–3 days

• Luzon: 1–5 days

• Visayas: 3–7 days

• Mindanao: 5–6 days

Please note: These are average delivery times and may vary depending on the courier and local conditions.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All costs will be shown before you confirm your order.

Split Shipments:
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will include tracking details.
