To find the perfect fit, we recommend measuring their neck girth, and chest length. Grab a measuring tape (or a piece of string + a ruler) and follow these simple steps:

Neck: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your dog’s neck, usually at the base where the collar sits comfortably.
Chest Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the widest part of the chest (where you took the Chest Girth measurement).

SMALL (2-5 KG)
• Neck: 23-25 cm
• Chest Length: 33-41 cm
• Suitable for breeds such as: Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, most toy breeds.

MEDIUM (5-12 KG)
• Neck: 33-41 cm
• Chest Length: 43-53 cm
• Suitable for breeds such as: Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Mini Poodle, Dachshund, Beagle.

LARGE (12-18 KG)
• Neck: 38-48 cm
• Chest Length: 56-71 cm
• Suitable for breeds such as: Shiba Inu, Border Collie, Corgi, French Bulldog.

If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Orders are dispatched daily from our HQ in Quezon City via J&T Express.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund on the purchase price for returns within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags still attached, and you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

All our dog products come with a 30-day warranty covering any manufacturing faults or defects. This includes issues with buckles, straps, stitching, hardware, or any damage that occurred during shipping.

Unfortunately, this policy does not cover change of mind, damage caused by incorrect washing, your dog chewing it up, escaping, zoomies, or backyard adventures.
